hey everyone! i will be needing to break from fatsecret for a couple of days due to being extremely sick. i will be back as soon as i can eat good again. thanks for any prayers you can give up for me,and i look forward to being my old self again in no time.

I see that the TN river didn't grant you it's healing powers, eh? Sorry to hear that you are out for a couple of days! Eat some protein & some veggies, take your multivitamin, get plenty of rest & drink lots of water! (Sorry the RN is comin' out!) Hope you feel better & hope you are back soon! ;)
