Well I was a bum yesterday and today. I think I was getting a little burnt out on my routine, and with school starting and everything, I'm feeling a little stressed. NOT to mention, my entire tank system went to sh*t today, and it's been nothing but a nightmare dealing with it... so yeah, didn't work out yesterday or today, however... I know that I can't go ANOTHER day without working out so I'm confident I'll be working out on Saturday and Sunday. Then it's into the school week and hopefully that won't mess up my routine for working out...
I really don't want to feel bad about missing workouts. Today I did eat a little more than I normally do as well, but I'm thwarting that right now by not having any more snacks. Unless maybe it's just plain celery or something.
