Round 1 Day 2 of Phase 2
Okay, woke up this morning and the scale was about 2 1/2 pounds lighter than yesterday morning. Awesome! After my two days gorging, I was 176, and now I am 170.
Yesterday, I was awefully hungry. I heard that if you were on the drops you will be hunger for the first 7 days and then after that you won't be hungry. As a matter of fact, when I found something more productive to do, the hunger went away. Actually, the hunger didn't start until I got home from work. But, I started singing and doing some other things that I love to do (Hubby):~). And like I said, I was no longer bothered by the hunger sensations. I am learning to make better use of my time and stop thinking about food.
Side Effects: I did have some slight mood swings, nothing to drastic though. I believe it is normal to have mood swings when you are hungry.
Also, I walked too fast yesterday and over exhausted myself. I kinda felt dizzy and tired after the walk.
Today starts day 2 of the 27 days left to go on the VLCD. Praying that God continue to be with me on my weight loss journey. Goal is to loose 3 more pounds tomorrow morning. Let's see how it goes.
