I don’t know . I ate mostly healthy yesterday at our Christmas party to try balance out the alcohol and did a lot of walking . Too much fun . What a bonus to weigh less today !

79 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg. Still to go: 2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
