was teaching yesterday so I didn't get in my walk but instead the national guard had a big blow up optical course up in our gym I did that twice with the kids and it was so much fun. I would like to know how many calories I burned because that was the workout of the century two time through there and my heart raced for an hour afterward and my lungs burned for a few hours.
