Yesterday was Thanksgiving Day and I ate "Poorly" at 143% of my calorie goal, far exceeded my protein and met all activity goals. BF up 0.6% and is more than 0.5% out of range... Lift Day!!!

I think most of us ate over our calorie goal! Gotta do it sometimes. Great that you met your activity goals. My activity was mostly sitting on the couch talking with relatives.

Don't beat yourself up John, today is a new day, and you've got this. You would have had to eat 8,400 calories over what your body burned yesterday to gain 2.4 pounds. Just stick with your plan and it will be gone in no time.

MMM no worries, you are good. The body does not gain real weight with one day's meals. I ate and drank too much.. Don't care it was a great time with family and friends.
