So far my diet has been going really well! I am looking forward to weighing in tomorrow morning. I have been going strong for 1 week tomorrow. No bingeing at all. I havent had any pop and only a tiny bit of juice a day to keep my blood sugar up. I am looking for a exercise program that will get me into shape and tone me up. Feeling great and looking forward to looking great as well!
