Woo hoo - Was at a plateau for the longest time, didn't think I'd ever approach 150, and was hoping to hit that mark by month's end. Now it's within my reach - might even hit it by end of next week if I just stay the course! Here's to more, and more and more healthy eating in month 2. No fad diets, just lifestyle changes I can adopt for a lifetime. Perhaps I sound like a broken record... but I just need to keep saying it to myself over and over and not let myself slip back into the days of slathering on mayo, cooking with a stick of butter and sharing a pound of bacon or sausage with my husband in the morning. I can finally see and really feel the difference. YAY!
