I do so well at work and in the mornings but at night I have no control and end up eating all night. Have been noticing my son also has the issue of eating all his calories for the day at night as well. I fight with him about making sure he eats breakfast and a good lunch- at the age of 7 he seems to know what is best- lol my daughter on the other hand is really good about eating small meals all day- funny how they are so close in age but so different- lol

Try eating more protein in your supper and having a light snack or dessert after supper. I also have a strict no eating after 8pm rule or I would continue to eat all night.

Here is some small advice: make your choices for the day all at once, the night before - that way, you only have to follow your plan - you might even be able to save some breakfast for later, so that you have snacks at night. I find that if I have to use willpower more than a few times a day I don't make it into night time!
