Yesterday was the last day of my gorging days, somehow I still seemed to loose 2 pounds. I orginally weighed 176, but I didn't want to include that because it was all from the gorging. My orginal weight was 174 before I began the diet so, this morning I weighed and it was 173. So, I am excited. Today is my VLCD day. It's 10:00 am and I am still not hungry yet. I've taking my appetite suppressants and my probiotics. I've also dranked a liter of water already, so I am off to a good start. Twenty-five more days of VLCD. I am excited.
