Normally can't go to the gym on Thursdays, have to leave for work too early and pick up my daughter and grandson to car pool but they are off from work today.

Alarm goes off at 0430, I get up reset it to 0545, lay down, feel guilty (old behavior again!) get up and go to the gym.
