I'm happy but confused lol if that makes sense.

I have lost 500gm in weight so far it took a week but thats progress yay! but now my fat secret says I'm losing 3.5kgs a week... glitch in the system?

If you 1/2 pound in a DAY, it will say you are losing at a rate of 3.5 pounds a week. Today, I gained 1.5 pounds, so it says I'm gaining at a rate of 10.5 pounds a week. It doesn't actually calculate what you've done over the week's time - just multiplies what you have done in the past day times seven. Does that make sense?
