i've been walking everyday and getting a lot of notice at church that i've been doing so, but i don't feel that i'm any smaller-in weight or size. i got on the scale this morning and it said i gained 2 lbs in 3 minutes!! i think it's broken...i hope it's broken,it's also TOM.i didn't think it would make me retain that much water with all my exercise and water that i've been drinking...hmmm

you know, I got complimented yesterday with a "Holy crap you've lost a lot of weight since I saw you last!!" And I thought the lady was crazy because i don't look any different to me. One of my good friends said "No, you really have lost weight, you don't even look like the same person" I was like.... wait, why didn't anyone tell me!! LOL. So I know how you feel. I don't weigh myself, and I blame my pants falling down on them being stretched out, because I look in the mirror and I see the same fatty I saw before.

You know ... we are our own worse critics! Just take the compliments & bask in their glory, girl! ;) As far as the scales go, try to resist getting on them more than once a day! That depresses me, so I only weigh once - 1st thing in the morning. TOM will really make your weight fluctuate, so don't even entertain the thought of weighing more than once a day! ;)
