I cheated a little today by having two pieces of Nanaimo bar...I was worried about my blood sugar, but it was still really low so YAY!
My calories were only slightly over my target RDI, which I lowered a couple of days ago...so I'm satisfied with having cheated and still almost stayed under my plan.
I ran out of day though...lost track of time & it's now 10:35pm and I need to shave and shower, then get up at 5am...so I'm pushing my luck as it is.
Hope everyone is doing great! I've gotta get moving...
