Chest, shoulders and triceps today. I was actually laughing by the end. Me?? One-arm push-ups? I'm already sore and it's only the afternoon of. I dread waking up in the morning. The pain will be severe. Much easier on the diet this week. I don't know if it's the tiny bit more carbs or what. I'm much less hungry.
