Weight loss-nada, zilch, whateva!

Been very busy so not able to journal BUT have been logging food and exercise diligently.Not been able to get under 900 cals yet but trying-guess have to try harder-silly billy! Last 2 weeks have been fraught with calorie traps-mostly in the form of alcohol. I cannot go out for a meal in the evening and say no to a glass of wine or sake with sushi. I do okay on food-if I did not have the booze, I could get way closer to my magic number and see if I can shift some weight. Feeling pretty healthy overall-exercise is going well. Running about 2.5 miles per outing. Used to run 5 but realize that if I am going to keep running into my 90's-I have to do shorter distances so my hip does not blow.

That's about it.

Well, who can blame you regarding the glass of wine or sake with sushi, I'm beyond "can't refuse," I simply won't. ;-) The exercise is indispensable of course, but we have a tendency to delude ourselves with the amount of calories that we are consume. Take your time. When the moment is right, just *make up your mind* that it will be done! Have a great day Densible, and be careful... the crazies are in control of the asylum here. ;-)

lol Info about simply won't. I like the idea of you running less, there was a discussion here once not to waste your time on cardio, not sure how I felt -so I did my research. In all, I think switching your routine will be best :)
