madjak30's Journal, 02 Apr 13

Yesterday went pretty good food wise...but I didn't do my exercises. I was a little sore from the day before, so I decided to take a day off to heal...back into it tonight. Kinda looking forward to it...some stress in our relationship again. I'm sure we'll work it out, but I'm getting frustrated.

Anyway...food today has gone well & I'm feeling pretty good, just don't feel like I'm losing any weight. So I guess we'll see what I weigh when I get home & weigh in on Thursday morning.

Later.

It's in no way bad to be sore from exercising, as long at you're not HURTING. Sorenes (mostly) just mean that the muslces have been working. I'm not sure what exercise you're doing, but if you're working fairly focused, you may not see a weight drop for a little while, as your muslces will be building. I saw that - and it frustrated the heck out of me until I realized that my bodyfat over that same period had diminished to a third. :) Keep it up. You will see results. Well done one sticking to your food plan.

Nothing crazy...just push-ups, squats, leg lifts. I don't have any machines at my disposal and I'm not trying to build (yet). I'm more guaging my sucess by how my cloths fit than the scale. My pants are feeling tighter than they were before Christmas, so I will keep at it. I don't expect to see rapid results, 1-2lbs per week will keep my happy...just need to keep at it. Later.
