My plan for healthy weight environment.1. Provide good nutrition (Optavia, lean and green) for all occasions. Know in advance where and when and for what occasion I will be eating.Example: party, traveling, watching TV.2. Keep a journal of exercise, weight, meals3. Weigh only once a week, same time of day (important even after weight goal attained)
4. Add variety and keep track of calories after attaining weight goal.

So far this Optavia 5 and 1 has been relatively easy to move into because I was doing the 5 shakes/bars before. The ingredients in the Optavia shakes/bars are less calories and are a great source of appetite suppressant in conjunction with the water I drink, and I love the taste. I never seem to tire of lean meat/fish with a salad and can get this type of meal at almost any restaurant, fast food chain, or when cooking at home. I easily throw bread off of sandwiches at restaurants and substitute lettuce in their place. When at a non-controlled environment I eat small portions and move away from the food as best I can. One thing I know. NO ONE FORCES me to put something in my mouth! It is ALL on me.
