I cant help myself !.. I had to weigh in again today and surprise surprise there was no change from yesterday, who cares !!... I'm still in shock at losing over 7lbs in one week.
Michael Mosely has done his research on this Fast800 and I listened to him on audible again last night, it was too late to take notes on the details of his research on this diet but he did give a lot of information and he actually has a nice voice that was relaxing so unfortunately I did drop off to sleep, but i have the physical book as well as audible so this should keep me motivated to continue to follow it.
Memo to self - look at menus at the back of the book !
