I feel for you, I have been struggling exactly the same but the great support from everyone on here keeps me ticking over. No I’m not being as good as I was but people’s support on here keep me from going way of track. Sending you lots of love x

Can you get some exercise in... as great for releasing those happy endorphins. So even a little bit is so great for mental health. Don't set yourself up to fail by being too strict with yourself. I believe we can have everything in moderation otherwise we feel deprived. If you're off track for a meal or the day, don't worry about it... just jump back on the wagon for the next meal and take each day at a time. I find if nothing else tracking keeps me accountable and stops me going completely off track. so stick with it and by new year you'll be glad you did. You can do this!
