WEEK 3, DAY 2. did core syn this am cuz i did't get in yesterday and felt this one was more beneficial than the cardio x. would still like to get in the cardio x this week but also have an exercise class on wed so no biggie. I felt so quilty about missing that one workout. And I upped my hand weights to 5lb from the 3lb and felt a difference.
