my breakfast. One scrambled egg, kimchi and sharaka on top. scones with blueberries. Freshly baked this morning. great breakfast!

OOH kimchi on eggs...want some. BTW....got the go ahead to try kimchi for a month from my nephrologist. Asked for a starter kit for Christmas. Your recipe is posted on our desk, ready to make. I can hardly wait to try it on eggs like you! :)

Binkytexas, we have kimchi on scrambled eggs every single day. That is our probiotic go to food. The kombucha has a little bit of probiotics, but we drink it because it is very tasty and carbonated with no added junk. I'm glad you're doctor gave you the go-ahead to try the kimchi. I can't imagine that it would be hurtful to anybody. Keep in touch and let me know how you like it.
