We had kombucha on the countertop for the last 2 weeks. We tasted it 3 days ago and it was ready for the second ferment. We bottled it and it has been on the countertop for 3 days. It is now ready to go into the refrigerator.

We opened one bottle tonight that had craisins in it. Very fizzy and very delicious. This is our kombucha cocktail hour. LOL. Appetizer time. It all turned out great. Hooray
