It always seems like there's some kind of cake or bagel or cookie occasion going on daily at work. Good for you for resisting!
I only weigh myself once every one-two weeks, usually in the morning before I eat breakfast, because I can't deal with being terrorized by the fluctuations. Maybe this would help you?
