Did my first plasma donation today and waiting for my platelets results to come back. Still feeling a bit dizzy however I tend to pass out after donating blood haha. I'm sure some good veg and a pork chop will right everything. Pork chops never hurt anyone...... Also I haven't had one for 3 months, maybe longer.
