What to say about today...I must admit that I've drank a cup of cream and sugar coffee, however I did not have my regular large double double instead I had a small! I did not go over my RDI today and I also switched to drinking black tea.

Since it's been difficult for me to fall asleep earlier in the past, I have taken caffeine out of my diet past 6pm each day. This way, my eyes are shutting on me when it's around 11-12pm. More sleep=more early morning wake-up calls. I hope I can continue with this challenge as a success!
