I'm so happy with the weight loss week one. I was 100% on point with the diet and cutting out all carbs alcohol and dairy helps immensely!
I love Paleo! Keeping it up is tough though so I will need to stay motivated and on track and not slip up in a moment of weakness.

I went to the gym 5 days and I think giving myself a day or two of rest is key!

I'm only .8 pounds away from my March goal, which I thought to myself was a little aggressive, but I'm thinking I can get there no prob.
