Up and down, up and down, I am so tired of the teeter totter of my wieght. So aggravating!! I know there is a simple solution.....exercise...but I can't seem to get my lazy tale outside to do it!!! Things have been so chaotic around here lately. Hopefully we will get back to normal soon. I just go go go and when i get a chance to stop, I want to sit down and rest. Ya know! Sorry for the rant....sometimes i just need to vent a little. But I will keep on keepin on and see how the weigh in goes in the morning.

YOU will get it all inot place, i am trying to do the same thing here on this end, gets frustrating, i know, we are in this together !!!!!

I know how you feel graciepoo, I've been on that up and down seesaw myself for quite a while now. Exercise and self-discipline are the answers I am entertaining at this point, I do feel pretty good now though. Anyway, don't get frustrated, just break under 193 for a start. Good luck!
