I'm down another pound!!! We're going to a family bbq today. It's actually going to be a celebration of life for my fiance's dad who was killed in a car accident in June. There's going to be lots of tempting foods there so I volunteered to bring a veggie tray and a meat/cheese platter so I can be sure to stay on track.
Tomorrow I start week two of the "walk 15 miles a week" challenge. When I went to bed last night I had already logged in 32.5 miles!! I'm trying to get as much walking in before the rainy season starts...usually in October. It's really hard to get motivated when it's cold, dark, and raining all the time.
