Didn't lose much this week which is odd because I actually did pretty good but I am supposed to be getting my period one of these days except I am skipping it with my birth control so that might be why I am feeling more bloated and my weight is still up! I have been getting the back and front cramps so I know it is effecting me even though I am hopefully skipping it this month!
