Went to the county fair with the family last night and didn't cheat at all! Omg the smell of funnel cake, bloomin onions, fresh lemonade, I almost lost it. Until....dun dun dun...the BBQ pit. OMG smoked and sauce free BBQ. turkey legs, ribs, sausage, pulled pork. HOLY MOTHER...It was atkins heaven. Nothing had sauce, it was all fresh farm meat that was smoked, then you could choose your own sauce after you paid. omg, thank you Prince William County for making my dreams come true. hahaha

Good job on passing up the sweet stuff. And man I wish they had something like that at our county fair. The best I could do this summer at the fair was a sausage sandwich without the bun.

Alright, that is sooooo awesome!!! Sometimes the smells are enough to dirve ya buggy, aren't they? I did not go tot he county fair this year, because it was too hot, and I know myself too well. I start thinking about the funnel cakes about the end of May!! lol They are my one true weakness, but the only time I crave them is when fair time is near!!
