I so excited this morning. I am off on a personal experiment today. Heading to a Hermitage deep in the woods. My only food will be what will be delivered to my cabin in a basket. This should be very interesting. I am tempted to cram my purse full of 'emergency snacks'. But I won't. This may turn out to be a lesson on understanding hunger. Something that I don't get in touch with too much. How many of us really eat when we're hungry? Or do we eat because the clock says it's time to eat? My plan is to take along lots of bottled water. It will be good for me. Of course, the cabin has no indoor plumbing...hmmmmm....perhaps I should rethink that! Have a healthy weekend everyone.
