I'm not hungry, I just want to EAT. I know its all in my head. I have to keep myself from walking to the back of the office and enjoying some of the chocolate, chips, nuts, and other goodies that are back there. In five minutes I am going to have some melon, please let that work.

I have been good at work- not having the goodies. I think I just need to start exercising more. It's so difficult in the cold. I need to kick my own butt to get motivated.
