I havent lost anything again. Time to add the eggs back in. I ate mindlessly yesterday. The weather here is gloomy and rainy and it bums me out. Its ok, I have 2 dozen eggs and a million ways to eat them. Back on track and feeling great! (except for the fact that its Friday the 13th)

Ahh, Friday the 13th. Think I'll just stay in the house today. lol No, the reason is not the 13th, but the 110 degree heat index!! Whew it is HOT!!

I wish I was an egg lover too. There are so many ways to prepare them but I usually only eat one or two a week. Eggs gross me out a little. I love them deviled or boiled chopped up in tuna but if I eat them over easy or scrambled they gross me out a little and give me indegestion. I am glad you are back on track. Keep it up and the pounds will start melting away. Oh and I agree Stef, I don't even want to go outside because of this heat/humidity!!!!!

I dont really care for eggs over easy or scrambled either. i ate 4 of them every day when I was preggo and I think it burned me out a little. i eat hard boiled and deviled every day though. Unfortunately my kids love them too, and they eat all mine! haha We had really bad humidity and heat here in the DC Metro too, but its been raining (tornado warning rain) for 2 days and I am done with it. It drives my sinuses batty. Plus we have 2 awesome fairs starting tonight that I want to take the kids too. My boys cant resist a good tractor pull. hahaha
