I'm off to a good start, had a glass of water when I woke up and when I got to work I was able to stay away from the most delicious blueberry muffins a coworker lovingly brought to share with the staff (they were nice and warm right out of the oven too). I then enjoyed half a grapefruit. Really who enjoys this for breakfast or at all for that matter.I also packed a gym bag so that I will be more motivated to go to the gym right after work. Fingers crossed I can stay away from the snacks in the office and eat healthy today. Good Luck all.
