I had a great bike ride yesterday and plan on one today too. At each meal I thought how I felt about the food I was eating and what my hunger level was at that time. I also am trying to put my fork down inbetween bites. Sounds silly but it slowing me down a bit. Thats part of my problem, the food is gone before I know it. It takes a long time to know yourself. Wonder what I'll learn today!
