Is anyone else doing the Trim Healthy Mana diet/? They call the meals “S” and “E” the S is like keto, focused on protein and fat while the E is focused on lean meats low fat and moderate carbs. It’s interesting because as long as you allow 3 hours for your body to use up the S or E “fuel” then you can switch to either type of fuel choice for your meal. It really helps when you have carb cravings! They also allow a moderate amount of 85% cacao. I chose the
foil wrapped Girafelki squares. I’ve lost a few pounds already this week!
