Well, the scale went up a little today, but I expected it too. I ate a lot of cheese, and possible hidden carbs yesterday. We were out all day and got dinner from the local pizza place (which is my favorite). I got a meatball sub, without the bun, and made a flaxseed pancake to eat them on, but you never know about meatballs. Plus I drank some soda and not enough water. I did it to myself, but it was a good day with the kids, so no big deal!
