Holy crap I can't beleive it! I know I'm not "supposed to weigh" but you know me, rules are made to be broken!! I would have been just as happy to stay the same, but this is a great confidence boost! I feel pretty good right now. I need to make sure I don't weigh too often though. I don't want the scale to tell me how I should feel from day to day. This system works so awesome. Eat when you are hungry, stop when satisfied..who knew???

Wonderful! If the scale influences your mood - yeah, try to avoid the daily weigh-ins. So much can affect the day-to-day results. I peek every day, but really only focus on the weekly weigh-ins. Great downward trend on that chart! Good for you!
