These are ferments that we have made. Kefir, kombucha, and kimchi. We use the old kombucha bottles in the beginning and now we have lock top bottles for the kombucha. This is an older picture of stuff we're doing now.

Nice! I haven’t tried kefir yet- for some reason I’m squeamish about that but not kombucha! 🤷‍♀️

We just finished making a gallon of kimchi ferment. We took off the ferment lids and put the 2 half gallons into the fridge. We go through a gallon of this stuff every couple weeks. We eat it everyday when we have it. So much good bacteria for the microbiome. We work hard to get healthy.

hi moopie, I heard of kimchi about 5 or 6 years ago. We bought some at the health food store and then I asked my husband to help me make it. I watched many YouTube videos and I read many recipes that were online. Once we both had it in our head how we wanted to do it, we just threw it together. When he was a kid growing up on a Farm in Minnesota he was always in charge of making the sauerkraut and tending to the garden. He is a man of all construction trades and can do anything. I got sick a couple years ago and he took over everything in the house, and me, so he can get me well. He didn't know how to do anything when he started, but now he can do everything it takes to run a home. He has a great appreciation for women that stay home and take care of things. He knows it's a lot of work. I'm pretty much the same way before I got sick. I'm not afraid to tackle anything. Neither is he. We are crazy in love with each other and we work very well together and never fight or argue. It's not worth it. Relationships are always more important then issues. That's a good word for everybody. 😍❤❤💑

Skinnymini, thank you for sharing that❣️ I am single and you give me hope that one day to find someone to complement me as well as you and your husband. I felt all kinds of mushy feelings reading about how he took care of things while you were unwell. You two make a great team 💕💕💕

Hello moopy, we both hope to be a good example to all the younger people around us. Sunday is his 70th birthday. I follow right after him and turn 68 in the new year. We know absolutely that he is a blessing to me and I am a blessing to him. We've had a 22 years of being married and running a 501 c 3 Corp Ministry. He does a lot of work in Haiti. We have a lot of friends down there. We both know because of his upbringing on a farm and living in a cabin when he was little and then a big farmhouse with lots of animals and a huge Garden he was made just for a time like this to work in Haiti. Thousands of people have been trained in the Bible and thousands have gotten saved by him traveling there. Thank you for your kind words and we hope to be an inspiration and we know God will bring someone to you that is perfect just for you
