Went a little off the rails today - PMS plus free ice cream at work (Yes, my job actually gave out free Coldstone Creamery) lead to some erm... not good food choices. I set my RDI lower a few days ago since I thought it was insanely high so I'm over by a bit.

Eh, oh well. I can beat myself up over it but it's not going to change anything. Tomorrow's another day and everyone has one slip up day, right?

Seriously, I'm just in a foul mood today. I can't remember the last time I had PMS this bad. My skin broke out all over, I'm retaining at least three pounds of water, my back hurts, my head hurts and I generally feel like a slug. Plus, all I was craving was chocolate, fats and salt. Especially salt. I'm so desperate that I stopped to pick up midol on the way home and I never take that crap.

On top of things it was well over 95 when I got out of work and humid and that pretty much put the kibosh on any outdoor activity in my mind.

It's not even 10 pm and I'm exhausted. In addition to all the crap above, I think I've been doing too much in general lately - not even talking about exercise here, the job, school, ushering, etc all seems to have caught up with me. Going to make it an early night for once.

Don't be so hard on yourself. Just remember next time how crappy all that junk food makes you feel. That's what does it for me.
