Yay!! 149 lbs :) Ok, I know I'm not going to continue to lose at this rate for long, but wow, what a great feeling! I'm really feeling like I can do this. The healthy diet and racheting up the exercise are working and I'm not having any urges to cheat at all. We'll see how that holds up this weekend when we have both a family funeral & birthday to attend. Here in the south, both tend to be food fests, but I'm actually kinda looking forward to the challenge of making good choices when surrounded by temptation. Wish me luck LOL
