I got my elliptical yesterday! So happy, but I'm so out of shape even after the last month of walking 3.5 miles a day that I feel like I'm dying if I go over 2 minutes at a time! Lol. I guess I'm just going to try to keep increasing my time on it and see how that does. I do have to say I love it and I'm so glad I got it before the cold weather really started hitting here in STL. I am waiting on my yoga mat til next payday and then I will begin HITT. Can't wait. On a plus side...I'm still losing. I have 2.9 lbs left to make it to 159.9 which I havent been since my son was born in 2001. Almost 30 lbs lost, although I havent yet dropped a size because most of my weight is in my stomach. Anyone have any advice on getting rid of that faster?

That is nice that you like it. No advice about the stomach but it will happen eventually

The belly fat just takes time,it is my current dilemma as well. Increasing your activity is fantastic, you are killing it!

Ellipticals take a bit of getting used to. Just build your time slowly. Awesome for glutes and thighs!! I have a 1 inch thick yoga mat and love it so much comfier than my little thin one. Keep doing the cardio and add some core strengthening/abs to your routine and gradually the belly will go down--just takes time.
