I made it through the day and only worked 40 minutes of overtime! Hooray! I had a very good teriyaki chicken lean cuisine for lunch, and very healthy snacks! It's amazing how I FEEL better after just a couple of days of eating healthy, and getting enough rest. Now, it's time to work out! Have a great evening!

It IS amazing how much better our bodies function on healthy food :) Good job with your food intake and getting some exercise in. You're right back on track!
