Calorie counting always makes me feel like I'm in control. Going to plan in some exercise, it's so hard with my new job, feel like I have no time.

I couldn’t agree more, it lets you eat whatever you want but encourages you to eat healthy low fat, low carbs so you can have more! Calorie counting, eating more protein and watching the carbs has been very successful for me.

I get up at 4:30 to get a bit of exercise in before work, now it's my regular routine it doesn't feel like the middle of the night, but at first it did. I haven't the energy or motivation to exercise after work.

@mrgscott Thanks for the comment. I'm gong to try and keep it up until Christmas. Haven't set any firm goals. Just want to see if I can not quit haha!

I find it helps me loads, if I don't count I loose count of what I've chucked down my neck... and get carried away..lol
