Lydia Kleyn's Journal, 09 Aug 10

So I guess I am having an awesome start to my week, worked today and then headed to the gym. I was meant to run 5 miles, but I ran 6.2 Miles, and in 68 minutes. ,
I am starting to surprise myself with what my body can do Im still kind of pitching myself. Another proud day, last week I was still only running a 5k. I know I will be paying for it tomorrow I bet I will hardly be able to walk. :-)


My lesson for the week, I am learning to push myself a little harder, and when the going gets tough to push through it instead of giving up.
