Well, I fell off the wagon and gained everything I had lost back. Last time I was dieting and exercising I tore the medial meniscus of my knee. So I quite hoping it would start feeling better...then all the weight came back on. Feeling kinda down about the weight. It's time to try and start again. I have already seen a DR and he says only way to fix it is surgery but unless its awful that it is not urgent I fix it right away. I have to figure out a way to exercise, Any advice on what exercise is good still?
