Well I wasn't expecting that! And tbh I don't think I have really lost 6lb in one week, may have been holding a lot of water in the first weeks weigh in. Next week will see how it is going. I have been very conscious of what I have been eating and drinking and have tried to stick to my format. I have deffo been drinking more water, less alcohol and not snacking in between meals. This week I want to try and be in bed before 10pm at least 2 nights as I have been told that lots of zeds help and I am a notorious late nighter....... Happy Tuesday Peeps.
