Well folks...I am off program for the weekend...screwed up yet again....so back OP tomorrow....thats about it...

Thanks all. Jenrose.... I just had a rough weekend and reverted back to my old ways because of stress. No excuse...but Stacielee is so correct that I am changing my life so screwing up is part of the process of picking my fat self back up ( yes I am talking about me) and getting back on the dang horse and riding it to the finish line. WOO! I'm back. Let's do this thang....stress or no stress!
