Didn't even last 24 hours on my fast. Oh well, 20.5 hours (not even my longest time) I'll try again tomorrow. I'll make something I hate for dinner for my mom. Tonight was Bruschetta chicken. So easy to make and so dang yummy. I'll have to take a picture next time. I usually weigh myself on Monday mornings but my scale is at my mom's house and I was home with hubby and son until this afternoon. I'll weigh a day late. I need to see how my home scale compares to my scale here at my mom's house. I'm short on my water so far today but there's still time to drink more. It's also down-pouring so I don't know if I'll get my walk in tonight yet or not. Hopefully it will stop raining for an hour or so later. I like walking at night better than the day because the temp drops at night to 80 or less. Even it if's just drizzling we'll go later. (I stole my son for the night, he'll go home tomorrow) He took his ASVAB and got a 95. Sweet, he qualifies for any job in the military with his line scores. He has some choices to make.

Winded up going for just over 2 miles for my walk. By the time I could see the house it was starting to drizzle/rain again. Didn't help that I got my water in and had to run to the house. This will end up being my lazy day today. One day a week I reduce my step goal by half and have a somewhat lazier day. So instead of my now normal 12,000 steps I have just over 6,000. My body does need rest one day a week. Tomorrow I'll be back to my new normal.

No, felt okay. Not great but okay. I just started thinking out what I was making for dinner. I do know better than making something I really like while fasting but my mom wanted it. (She's has pancreatic cancer, that's why I live with her during the week) What mom wants, mom gets. She needs to gain weight. So keto main dishes (for her and me) and high carb sides for her.
